2. What data we collect, why, and on what legal basis
2.1. Automatic diagnosis form
Data: name, email, municipality, number of units and the issue you select.
Purpose: to prepare and email you a diagnosis tailored to your building and follow up on your request.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
2.2. Quote / feasibility analysis request form
Data: name, role in the building, email, phone (optional), municipality and number of units.
Purpose: to review your request, prepare a personalised proposal and contact you about it.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
2.3. Meeting scheduling
Video-conference bookings are made through Google Calendar's appointment service. Data you submit there (name, email and booking details) is processed to organise and hold the requested meeting (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), under Google's own terms.
2.4. Direct contact
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide in order to reply to your request.
2.5. Browsing and analytics data
Only with your prior consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 5 of Portuguese Law 41/2004) do we use Google Analytics 4 for site usage statistics. Without consent, no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to Google Analytics. See the Cookies section.
2.6. Reply and follow-up emails
Emails we send following a request (diagnosis, reply and up to two follow-up emails) may include a read pixel and click-measured links, which tell us whether the email was opened and which links were used — information we use solely to manage the follow-up of your request. All of these emails include an unsubscribe link; after unsubscribing we send no further follow-up emails. You may also object to this processing by writing to geral@condoarade.net or by blocking remote images in your email client.
3. Retention periods
- Diagnosis and quote requests: kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up commercially, for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact — unless a contract is concluded in the meantime (in which case the data becomes part of the client file, subject to the applicable statutory periods, notably tax and accounting) or you request erasure earlier.
- Google Analytics statistics: user-level data retained for 14 months.
- Cookie choice: stored in your browser (localStorage) until you change or clear it.
4. Recipients and processors
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. To run this site we use the following providers, acting as processors or recipients:
- Netlify, Inc. (USA) — site hosting; may process technical access data (such as IP addresses) in server logs.
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — form processing and diagnosis email delivery (Google Workspace / Apps Script infrastructure), meeting scheduling (Google Calendar) and usage statistics (Google Analytics 4, only with your consent).
Where these operations involve transfers outside the European Economic Area (notably to the USA), they rely on the adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you have the right to access your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to object to processing, to data portability and — where processing is based on consent — to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).
To exercise any of these rights, write to geral@condoarade.net. We reply within one month at the latest.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: CNPD — Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (Portuguese Data Protection Authority), Av. D. Carlos I, 134, 1.º, 1200-651 Lisbon · www.cnpd.pt.
6. Cookies
