For owners who live abroad
Do you know what is happening in your building while you are away? We look after the building, take decisions to the owners' meeting on time and keep the accounts in view at any time.
What you get
- The accounts, payments, minutes and documents of your building on the Gecond platform, at any time.
- Owners' meetings by video call, or in person if the meeting decides so. Notices and minutes in English and Portuguese.
- Someone who answers: phone and email in English, and meetings by video call.
- Overdue fees collected within the deadlines set by Portuguese law, and we say so before you elect us.
- An emergency line from 7 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week. The annual building checks and the 4-hour call-out are carried out by our technical partner.
We work in Portimão, Lagoa, Alvor and Lagos only. That is where we can be at the building and not just on the phone.
Start with a one-page review
Send us the latest minutes, the approved budget and the accounts report of your building. Within 5 working days we send back one page on the reserve fund, the owners' debts, the pending works and what the next meeting should decide. It is free and there is no commitment.
The form is in Portuguese. If you prefer, email the three documents to geral@condoarade.net and tell us the address of the building.
Who looks after your building
Amílcar Fonseca has managed Condoarade since 2018. He looks after the condominiums, chairs the owners' meetings and is the person you talk to.
